Do good to benefit your descendants
Galatians 6:6-10

The word of Almighty God is right, and all His acts are done in good faith; even if humans cannot comprehend them. The Lord is truthful, and He can be trusted to act in the best interest to preserve His creatures. It is important to note that the messages of the Lord are true, and all His works are dependable. If everything that God does is right; don’t you think you too should continue doing what is right without getting weary?

Don’t you think it is time for you to imitate God by not getting tired of doing good? If you are upright, don’t you think you have to proclaim that the decrees of God are just and fair? If you are a child of God, don’t you think you must be fair in all your dealings? The Bible attested to this fact by saying, “For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth.” Psalm 33:4. If you are truly a Beloved, you will not get weary of doing what is right. 

For this reason, be watchful and obey all these words that you heard today; so that it may go well with you and your children forever; when you do what is good and right in the sight of God. Obey and pay attention to everything written in this publication; so that you and your descendants will prosper physically and spiritually. If you pay attention to this sermon; you will be doing what God says is right and good; then, God will assist you and your descendants to be successful. As it is written, “Observe and obey all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you and your children after you forever, when you do what is good and right in the sight of the Lord your God.” Deuteronomy 12:28. Do not forget to be vigilant, and obey instructions of the Lord; so that it shall be well with you and your descendants forever. Whenever you do things that are virtuous in the sight of the Lord; your name will be written in the Book of Remembrance. 

Hence, do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord; so that you may prosper. If you live in a way that pleases God, He will make you inherit the promises made to your ancestors. One of the ways to make the promises of God to be fulfilled in your life is to do what is right and good; according to the scripture which says, “And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land of which the Lord swore to your fathers.” Deuteronomy 6:18. Do not provoke God, but obey Him; so that His promises will be fulfilled in your life. The master key that opens the spiritual door of success and prosperity is doing what is right and good.
